You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service. If you wish, we can also offer you a part-time position starting as early as this spring.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. This means practical assistance with things the customer cannot manage on their own, such as moving with various aids, taking care of their health and personal hygiene, and making their home nice. You also support the customer in getting to various activities, reduce loneliness through heartfelt conversations, and contribute to the customer being able to go for walks. We have a close collaboration with the home care nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you who are applying to us: - are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy being active as we move between customers on foot, by bike, or by car. It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or have equivalent experience in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
